Notice. Talk. Act. ® at School Grants

The American Psychiatric Association Foundation (APAF) recognizes the strain on school budgets that may make it difficult to bring in outside training to help support student well-being. To address this, we are offering a grant opportunity to cover the full cost of the Direct Delivery of our Notice. Talk. Act. ® at School Mental Health Professional Development Program for a select number of schools.

If you think money may be a barrier to bringing in professional development opportunities for your staff, we encourage you to apply. Visit ntagrant.apafdn.org for more information.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Your school must be an elementary, middle, high, or alternative school in the United States that has a mental health/support service referral system established (this can be as simple as referring students to the school counselor)
  • 40% or more of your student population is eligible for free or reduced-price meals

Application

If you choose to apply, please take your time in filling out the application and make sure that all information is up-to-date and correct. We are excited about the potential of bringing this professional development to your school community.
