    Helping Hands Grant Application

    The 2023 Helping Hands Grants application cycle is now open.

    To apply, visit apply.psychiatry.org and select Grants.

    Applications for 2023 grants must be submitted by May 31, 2023. If your institution requires review and approval by the Grants and Contract Office, please allow sufficient time for this to occur prior to submission of the application.

    Award decisions will be announced in mid-August, with grant funding available beginning September 1 (or upon receipt of a signed grant contract).

    The next program year runs from September 1, 2023 – August 31, 2024. Funds must be expended within this time frame. Unused funds must be returned to the Foundation. If required, grant extensions should be requested prior to the end of the grant year in August 2024.
